EPD: Access floor panels from concrete, 60cm x 60 cm, 71 kg/m2, STONEWORKS™ (Tate Access Floors)

The STONEWORKS™: Concrete panel access floor system includes a panel and a supporting understructure. The Concrete panel is a concrete slab with a steel reinforcing bottom sheet with Electrophoretic Painting Process (E-Coat) and features a brushed surface texture. The cement and aggregate provide the panel with structural stability for everyday use. The Concrete panel eliminates the need for laminated finishes and as such, the structure of the panel is combined into a single integrated product. The panel is available in 2’ x 2’ (60 cm x 60 cm) module sizes and is installed in a heavy-duty bolted stringer system without the use of corner lock screws.
