USG Ceilings Plus® Colortex™ Barz® PET Baffles is an acoustical ceiling system produced using a nominal ½ PET/PLA polymeric fibrous felt that is made from 100% recycled materials, including plant-based fibers. Sheets of this PET/PLA felt are fabricated into “acoustical bars of various widths (2, 3 and 4), heights (2, 4,5, 6, 8 and 10 depending on the chosen width) and lengths (48, 72 and 96). These “acoustical bars are designed to be suspended from a ceiling as a means of providing acoustical absorption as well as aesthetic appeal.
