Mars Healthcare with AirCare coating acoustical panels have a water repellent membrane designed to be durable and deliver excellent noise reduction, sag resistance and high light reflectance. AirCare coating applied to face and back reduces 75 percent of formaldehyde over a 10 year period. Clean Room options are available up to ISO Class 5, which is Class 100. The wet formed mineral fiber family of products consists of a latex or starch bound mineral wool basemat. These products generally fall under ASTM E1264 Section 5.2 designation as Type IV Mineral base with membrane faced overlay or 5.2.11 Type XI Mineral base with membrane faced overlay.
