EPD: Cable protection pipe from polypropylene, length=6 m (Uponor Corporation)

City or country, wind farm or industry, the little red cottage or the high-rise in the big city all have one thing in common – there are cables going there. In or above ground. Electricity, telecom or fibre. Cables that keep wheels turning, lights shining, information being exchanged and people living. And surviving. We ensure that the cables are protected. That they dont get damaged or cut off. Uponor Infra develops and manufactures solutions for the protection of cables with low and high current and all kinds of data transmission, for example cable TV and telephone networks made of copper or fiber optics. The ideal choice for underground cable ducting is Uponors Smooth PP cable protection pipes, which come in straight 6m lengths. These pipes are manufactured from polypropylene and are in compliance with the NS 2967 standard, with a ring stiffness of SN8. They feature a long socket with an EPDM-gasket and are available in a range of sizes (75, 110, and 160 mm) and colours (red, yellow, and orange).
