EPD: Galvanized profiled steel decking, for roof, 1.5 mm sheet thickness, 23.59 kg/m2, RoofDek D200 1.5 mm (Tata Steel Europe (2021))

The RoofDek family of products consists of eight steel roof profiles which are designed to support all types of insulated roof systems. RoofDek D200 has a profile depth of 200mm and a cover width of 750mm, to meet the designers needs for exceptional strength and span capability for all roofing types. It is ideal for large span buildings where the need for purlins can be reduced. It is manufactured from MagiZinc® hot dip zinc coated steel, with a Colorcoat® PE15 pre-finished interior coating, with a guaranteed minimum yield stress of 320N/mm2, and afire rating of Class A1 to EN 13501-1 [8]. RoofDek D200 is shown in Figure 1 and has a 375mm profile pitch. The Colorcoat® pre-finished steel underside (colour RAL9002) provides a beautiful, clean interior roof aesthetic that requires no ceilings.
