DuPont Tyvek is a nonwoven material made of HDPE, which is diffusion open but watertight. It is used as a roof and wall underlay. For the placing on the market in the EU/EFTA (with exception of Switzerland) the regulation (EU) No 305/2011 applies. The products need a declaration of performance taking into consideration /EN 13859- 1:2010/: Flexible sheets for waterproofing and /EN 13859-2:2010/: Flexible sheets for waterproofing and the CE-marking.
