The ZETA Zero Hi HP is a range of high-efficiency reversible heat pumps with inverter technology, designed for applications requiring heating and cooling, able to heat water up to 75°C in heating mode. It is powered by natural refrigerant R290 (propane), which has a GWP of 0.02 and an ODP of 0 and works efficiently across an extended range of conditions. Its construction features a modular, weather-resistant frame, and it includes hermetic scroll compressors with inverter-driven modulation, axial fans, and hydrophilic-coated finned coil heat exchangers to enhance performance and minimize maintenance. The axial fans are directly coupled to three-phase electric motors with integrated thermal overload protection and feature optimized shrouds to enhance efficiency and reduce noise emissions. The product includes stainless steel brazed plate heat exchangers, which are insulated to improve efficiency. The refrigeration circuit is equipped with advanced components like electronically controlled expansion valves, high and low-pressure switches, and antifreeze protection to ensure safe and reliable operation. The inverter compressors manage acceleration and deceleration ramps, operational envelope, and safety alarms, optimizing energy efficiency under partial loads and reducing startup current spikes. The integrated Bluethink controller offers extensive functionality, including water temperature control, defrost management, remote monitoring, and fault logging via a custom web interface. The electrical control panel, which features IP54 protection, adheres to regulatory standards to ensure reliable operation. The ZETA Zero Hi HP is packaged for easy handling and includes versions with noise-reducing fans and optional hydraulic modules for enhanced system integration (water pump accessory is included in this EPD). Each unit is factory-tested and available in other configurations (not featured in this EPD) to suit various operational needs.
