The Unilin melamine faced chipboard consists of a raw board that is pressed with an impregnated paper, both on the products front and backside. The decor on the panel is obtained by applying a printed decor paper on the raw board. The texture is pressed into the melamine surface under high pressure and high temperature using a special press plate technology. The chipboard is available with different compositions (moisture resistant, fire retardant, …) and in different sizes. The surface does not require further treatment and can be applied in all types of interior projects. The melamine faced board is durable, scratch resistant, colorfast and easy to maintain. More than 200 designs are available in Unilins Decorative range (e.g. woods, plain colors and materials). For the placing on the market of the product in the European Union/European Free Trade Association (EU/EFTA) (with the exception of Switzerland) Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (CPR) applies.
