Uponor AquaPEX pipe is a cross-linked polyethylene PEX-a pipe. Uponor AquaPEX tubing is used primarily in hot and cold potable water distribution systems. Uponor AquaPEX tubing is used in hydronic heating applications where the system contains no ferrous corrodible components or where any ferrous components are isolated from tubing. Uponor AquaPEX White, Red Print, pipe is used for hot domestic potable-water distribution and radiant heating/cooling and hydronic piping systems. Note that the pipe is not for use in Uponor AquaSAFE residential fire safety systems.
