Merge Forward is the polypropylene composite tile which is PVC free. This product is made from recyclable material and consists of six layers. Heavy metals are not added during manufacturing, and has the characteristic of being 100% reusable and recyclable for rejected products that are produced during manufacturing. Polypropylene (PP) which is the main raw material, is the lightest among synthetic resins and has excellent strength. In addition, a special polyethylene pad with excellent shock absorption and quietness is used for the bottom layer. The pad also has excellent workability, such as being able to be easily cut with a cutter during construction.
