The product is prefabricated sandwich concrete wall elements with lightweight aggregated outer panel Biobetong II, consisting of regular aggregate and blast furnace slag in inner panel and lightweight aggregate in outer panel, cement, reinforcement, insulation and the necessary cast- in-material of steel for transport and assembling. The product is almost exclusively used for facades in heated buildings. The product fulfils the requirements of SS-EN 13369:2018 Common rules for precast concrete products and SS-EN 14992:2007+A1:2012 Precast concrete products - Wall elements. Biobetong is Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetongs trademark for products consisting of low carbon concrete. Biobetong II will have a GWP meeting level 2 according to Svensk Betong vägledning utgåva 2 .
