Ready-mixed Concrete (RMC) is a fresh mix of cement, coarse and fine aggregates, sand, water, and admixtures. The fresh mix is retarded for the delivery and pouring period, then hardens for a few hours and strengthens over 28 days. This process occurs by a chemical reaction between the cement and the water (hydration), e.g. hardened concrete.
