EPD: Ready-mix shrinkage compensating mortar, 1200 kg/m3, Mapegrout 430 Zero (Mapei SPA)

Mapegrout 430 Zero is a premixed powder mortar with compensated shrinkage composed of cementitious binders selected finegrained aggregates special additives and synthetic fibres according to a formulation developed in MAPEIs research laboratories. Thanks to its particular formulation the product has an excellent fatigue behavior up to at least 300000 cycles which gives the restored elements a high resistance to cracking even in the presence of dynamic stresses induced by normal operating conditions. This particular feature in addition to the requirements of EN 1504 helps to increase the durability of the elements restored with Mapegrout 430 Zero.
