This EPD covers the Elite Elite 51, 52, 53 Wall System Ranges (180mm thickness) - see scaling table in annex for additional thickness options. • The Elite 51 Range comprises external wall systems featuring our EC 32-167-1000 Wall steel profile vertically laid, the Quattro Spacer System, quilt insulation and internal steel liner. • The Elite 52 Range comprises external wall systems featuring our EC 32-200-1000 Wall MW5 steel profile vertically laid, the Quattro Spacer System, quilt insulation and internal steel liner. • The Elite 53 Range comprises external wall systems featuring our EC 19-76-990 13.5_3 Sinusoidal steel profile vertically laid, the Quattro Spacer System, quilt insulation and internal steel liner. Elite 51, 52, 53 FR15 and Elite 51,52,53 FR30 achieve a minimum fire resistance performance of 120 minutes Integrity to BS 476-22:1987. Elite 51,52,53 FR15 achieves a minimum Insulation performance of 15 minutes to the same standard, whereas Elite 51,52,53 FR30 achieves a minimum Insulation performance of 30 minutes.
