Twin-Therm® roof is a site assembled cladding system that is fully walkable and provides a tested Class ‘B’ Non-Fragile assembly when fixed and sealed. It comprises a Colorcoat® pre-finished steel liner, MatriX spacer system, Therma-quilt non-hygroscopic glass mineral wool insulation, and a Colorcoat® pre-finished steel external weathering profile. The Twin-Therm® roof system is independently assessed by Agrément [8] and has been tested in accordance with BRE LPCB test LPS1181-1 and certified to Grade ‘EXT-B’ [9]. The Therma-quilt insulation is rated Euroclass A1 Non-Combustible to EN 13501-1 [10]. The Twin-Therm® roof system can be designed to achieve FM Approval standards 4471 (Class 1 Panel Roofs) and FM 4431 [11]. • Designed for roof pitches ≥ 2.5o after steelwork deflection at end laps • Minimum self-curve radii of 45m • Fully walkable and Class ‘B’ Non-Fragile • In-plane Therma-light rooflights with U-values of between 1.30 to 0.90W/m2K • Euroclass A1 Non-Combustible Therma-quilt insulation to EN 13501-1 • LPCB tested to LPS 1181 achieving ‘EXT-B’ status • LPCB tested to LPS 1175 and can be designed to achieve SR1 and SR2 Security Ratings • Secured By Design (SBD) approved systems • Proven building Air Permeability as low as 0.33m3/hr.m2 • FM Approved systems tested to FM 4471 and FM 4431 • Twin-Therm® Chronus specification provides enhanced building adaptability, suitable for internal temperatures as low as 0°C
