This declaration covers Tessera Clarity, it combines subtle texture and underfoot comfort with the practicality and hardwearing features of a heavy contract carpet tile. Available in 20 contemporary colors, Clarity brings a touch of luxury to the floor scheme with its rich cut pile construction. Clarity can also make a positive contribution to the indoor environment as it has very low emissions of <10μg/m3. Tessera Clarity is a fusion bonded textile floor covering complying with all the requirements of the EN1307 Class 32 Specification. Fusion bonding is a sophisticated method of carpet tile manufacture where individual yarn pile is bonded onto the backing material to make an extremely dense and luxurious product. Each tuft is individual and a high proportion of the yarn is in the wear surface providing a beautiful, rich, velour carpet tile which gives an excellent broadloom appearance. Tessera Clarity carpet tiles utilize a softback backing, made up of recycled PET bottles and contains over 98% pre- consumer recycled content. All Tessera Clarity is manufactured using renewable electricity.
