Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt is a top quality, high opacity emulsion based on unique AkzoNobel technology which gives excellent coverage with a professional high quality finish. Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt has a good flow and open time for easy application. Suitable for all normal interior wall and ceiling surfaces. Our formulation is 99.9% VOC free, based on in-can VOC content and measured in accordance with ISO 11890-2:2013. It has also been independently tested for indoor emissions, including formaldehyde, TVOC, TSVOC and Cat 1A & 1B carcinogens.
