It is made using both cold rolled wire (diameter 4 mm onwards) and hot rolled wire (6 to 16 mm in diameter), by joining the longitudinal and transversal wires by electric resistance welding to form a panel of the desired dimensions. Quick-and-easy to use, welded mesh is the ideal solution for the construction of yards, industrial floors, reinforcing walls and house renovations. The main materials of the final product are: iron > 96%; alloy elements (e.g. manganese, silicon, carbon) 2% c.a.other elements (e.g. copper, nickel, chromium) complementary to 100%.
