Product description: Megafiller Multi is a two component epoxy fairing compound/filler. It is a multi purpose lightweight, flexible, solvent free product. It has excellent application and sanding properties, strong adhesion and resistance to mechanical impact and water ingress. The declared product is suitable for use with pump type mixing machines. It is suitable for correctly prepared, primed surfaces on carbon steel, aluminum, composite and wood substrates. Typical use: Exterior areas, including hull, above and below waterline, superstructure and decks. Apply by trowel or fairing board to fair surface deflections of metal or composite substrates. Technical data: Product mixing ratio (by volume): Megafiller Multi Comp A: 1 part Megafiller Multi Comp B: 1 part Density: 0.9 kg/l Solids by volume: 100 % Dry film thickness: 500 30000 μm Wet film thickness: 500 30000 μm Theoretical spreading rate: 2 0 m²/l The most representative and worst case formulation produced at the manufacturing site is chosen for this EPD. For products with a selection of colours, this will be the formulation with the highest content of titanium dioxide. The product packaging is based on an average sized plastic packaging, including secondary packaging such as pallets and plastic wrapping.
