Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester doors are intended primarily for exterior openings in applications such as schools, restaurants, or any opening in high use and abuse areas. FRP full-flush doors have hairline seams on vertical edges. Class A and Class C Face sheets are commercial quality 0.120in thick fiberglass reinforced polyester. Perimeter extrusions are manufactured from 6063-T6 hardened aluminum alloy. Face sheets are totally supported by a foamed-in-place polyurethane core. The core fills the entire door cavity and is bonded to all interior surfaces. Standard design is square hinge edge and beveled lock edge. Beveled hinge edge and square lock edges are options. The top door edge is closed flush with a top cap. Bottom cap is an available option. Brush sweep is an option. Aluminum lite kits are available to match color of FRP frame. Kits are available with 3/8in, 5/8in or 1-1/8in glass pocket.
