EPD: Mortise lock, 1.307 kg/unit, EL570 (Assa Abloy)

The mortise lock EL570, is an ANSI standard electric mortise lock. Outside handle is engaged electrically, e.g. by access control. By pressing engaged handle, dead bolt is retracted and double action latch released. Inside handle opens lock mechanically (exit function), there is no need for electrical control. When door closes, dead bolt is thrown out automatically, double action latch is blocked and the lock case is secured in two points.
