Jotacote Xtend GF is a two component amine cured, glass flake reinforced, abrasion resistant epoxy coating. It is an ultra-high solid and high build product. Specially designed as a universal, all round, anti-corrosive primer for harsh environments where extended durability is required. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, concrete and thermally sprayed zinc substrates. Jotacote Xtend GF is suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to corrosive environments up to very high, immersed and buried. Recommended for offshore environments including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment. The product provides great flexibility in choice of dry film thickness range as well as area of use. Designed for areas where increased abrasion and impact resistance is needed, such as decks, walkways and landing areas.
